Mark Haney: Treasurer
Mark Haney is a multiple award winning Live Multi-Camera & Film Director, Producer, Line Producer, and Creative Consultant in the live entertainment industry. His 30 years + experience, and breadth of knowledge in music film/video capture, video for concert touring, editorial supervision, and and live event management has led to several roles as a senior level executive in the live music industry. He currently operates his own production company, Black Bear Productions, and its subsidiary Black Bear Films. Mark is also a long time member of the Parnelli Board of Advisors that vets and organizes the pre-eminent awards event for the concert touring industry.
David Haskell: Treasurer
With over 40 years of industry experience, David has served as a tour manager, production manager, front of house engineer and producer for some of the biggest names in the industry. Currently he is the President of Business development for Gateway Studios and Production Services based in St Louis , MO. Prior, David was the President of Morris Light and Sound based in Nashville, TN as well as The Tracking Room, Nashville’s largest recording studio.
David also served as General Manager for the Alabama Theatre in Myrtle Beach, SC for seven years, managing over 300 live performances a year for both an in-house production show as well as over 60 national acts per year. David has been instrumental in providing production for many of the stages for the CMA Music Festival as well as providing support for the CMA Music Awards and Red Carpet. David currently serves on the board of the Country Music Association, and The Parnelli Awards. David’s touring and producing credits include; Alabama, Kenny Chesney, Sugarland, Keb’ Mo’, Gretchen Wilson, Vince Gill and Jim Nabors.
Jesper Luth: President
Jesper has over three decades of experience in the touring world as a lighting designer/ director, tech, and production manager for acts including; Daryl Hall & John Oates, System of a Down, Tears for Fears, Faith No More, The Moody Blues, and Deftones to name a few. From night clubs to stadiums, he’s experienced the technology change from 2 scene preset consoles to current media servers and sophisticated lighting consoles, from incandescent simple lights to moving light LED fixtures, and more.
He’s looking forward to building up this project with his fellow board members to give the deserved people behind the scenes their true spotlight.
Phay MacMahon: Vice President
Phay is an award winning production manager for live events. Over four decades ago, he got his start working with Bob Geldof and has since gone on to work as a production manager and lighting designer for many top artists. Including Aerosmith, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Def Leppard, the Black Keys, Ricky Martin, and Shakira to name a very few. Phay is known for his great humor, calm demeanor and ability to keep projects running smoothly under tight deadlines and high pressure situations. His passion lies in creating one-of-a-kind experiences through lighting, staging and production design that elevate artists’ visions and connect with audiences in a meaningful way.
Cosmo Wilson: Board member
Cosmo Wilson is a concert lighting designer and director. His illustrious career has found him having worked with more than 40 bands from; AC/DC, Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, The Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, Blondie, Guns N’ Roses, Black Sabbath to Judas Priest and the Scorpions.
Cosmo received a Parnelli Award for “Lighting Director of the Year 2015”, a Tour Link Top Dog Award for “Lighting Director of the Year” for AC/DC in 2016 and Aerosmith in 2017, and the Live Production Summit Pinnacle Awards for both “Lighting Director of the Year” and “Lighting Designer of the Year” in 2020, 2023 and 2024.
